Facebook Integration
Club Speed can post race info on your racer's Facebook pages automatically! When a racer registers online or at a kiosk at your facility, they will be asked to enter their username and password for Facebook. When they complete a race at your facility it will post a message on their wall like this:
When one of your exsisting customers wants to add their Facebook info to their account they simply need to go to your registration kiosk, click the "Been here before" link and it will ask for their Facebook credentials if they have not been entered yet.
Facebook Mass Wall Post
You can now post messages to your ENTIRE database of Racer's that have entered their Facebook information. Want to let everyone know of a special event going on? Need to quickly invite your regulars for a league race or have some exciting news to share? Send out a FB blast quickly and easily to all your customers now directly from the backend portal.

You can search through your entire database either using your own user-specified filters for Club Speed's time saving macros. Want to send an email to all of your customers that are having a birthday next month? Just choose "Show customers who have a Birthday next month" and hit search and all of your customers with birthdays will automagically aggregate below. Want to send them an email offering incentives to bring all their friends for their birthday extravaganza? Just click "Send Email" and it will take you to our streamlined HTML or Text email campaign module. After you've sent the emails you can come back and check on the campaign to see how many people have received and opened their emails!
•Demographics: Want to know where you should be spending your advertising dollars? You can run the same queries as mentioned above except you can choose to see where your customers are coming from. You might notice that only 10% of your customers are coming from a town only 5 miles away, sounds like a marketing opportunity! In conjunction with this ability you can manage a "How did you hear about us" drop down box that every racer fills out when they register. That way you can track if your marketing efforts are making penetration in your targeted locations.
