• Accessible Customer Database- Club Speed includes tools that allow you to use your data in ways no kart facility software has allowed you before. You can search through your entire database either using your own user-specified filters for Club Speed's time saving macros. Want to send an email to all of your customers that are having a birthday next month? Just choose "Show customers who have a Birthday next month" and hit search and all of your customers with birthdays will automagically aggregate below. Want to send them an email offering incentives to bring all their friends for their birthday extravaganza? Just click "Send Email" and it will take you to our streamlined HTML or Text email campaign module. After you've sent the emails you can come back and check on the campaign to see how many people have received and opened their emails!

•Demographics: Want to know where you should be spending your advertising dollars? You can run the same queries as mentioned above except you can choose to see where your customers are coming from. You might notice that only 10% of your customers are coming from a town only 5 miles away, sounds like a marketing opportunity! In conjunction with this ability you can manage a "How did you hear about us" drop down box that every racer fills out when they register. That way you can track if your marketing efforts are making penetration in your targeted locations.

Online Surveys

Club Speed, Inc. has a built in survey System. This system allows you to create, promote, email and host your own surveys. You can even have a link to your survey printed out on every receipt or every Xth receipt!
