Club Speed's Timing system is an advanced system that tracks your racers down to the thousanth of a second. As advanced as it is, we focused on making it managable and easy to operate so your emplyees can focus on making your customers experience the best it can be.

Product Overview :

• Online Access for Customers- Here at Club Speed we strongly believe in helping you create a long lasting relationship with your customers. We help enable this relationship by giving them a reason to keep coming back: Race Performance Measurement or RPM. This system scores each racer based on how well they do against every person they ever race against.

How it Works: Every racer starts out with 1200 RPM points. Everytime you race you are scored against the other people you race against. Points are given or taken away depending on the place you finish. It's a weighted scoring system: for example, if Mario Andretti who has 3560 RPM points races against Martha Stewart who has 1200 RPM points and beats her, Mario is going to take points directly out of Martha's RPM stash, however he is only going to get a couple points at most. Conversely, if the same race were to happen and Martha beat Mario, Martha would take points directly from Mario but she would get a lot more points because she is effectively handicapped with only 1200 RPM compared to Mario's 3560.

Notables:

1. There is an option in Club Speed to group racers out. If you have a bachelor's party at your facility and they only want to race with their party, you can group them out in Club Speed so that they are technically only racing against each other in regards to their RPM scores eventhough they might be out on the track with a bunch of strangers. Once the race is finished and they recieve their race results, it will only show the people they were grouped out with, as if they werent ever out there with anyone else. this can be an effective tool in managing your busy times as it allows you to maximize efficiency on the track.

2. Your RPM score is availble to you 24/7 online, as well as the top time of the day/week/month/year.

3. You can use RPM as a marketing and CRM tool as well! Club Speed allows you to send emails to customers with certain RPM ranges in order to host special events to your more accomplished racers. If you have Turbo or special karts you can also use RPM as a certification point. For example, In order to drive our Super-Fabulous-Tear-Your-Head-Off-Karts you need to have 4000 RPM points.

• Giant Scoreboard- Club Speed was designed to be used with projectors and 100+ in. screens so your racers can see how they are doing from anywhere in the facility.

- Once a race is finished Club Speed allows you to use pictures, movie clips, slides, as well as showing the top time of the day/week/month/year on your scoreboard when its not being used. This allows you to put your scoreboard to work for you! Many of our customers sell ad space on their projectors which cycle through when a race isnt being run, the projector will pay for itself in no time!(LED scoreboards are an option we can work with, however we feel the cost and usuability of a projector far outweighs the LED boards.)

- If you have a camera equiped POS you can attach a pic to each racer's profile. At the end of each race it will show the winner's pic and the 2nd and 3rd place finishers.

• Easy Kart Assignment - Our easy to use touch screen PIT terminal allows easy assignment of karts enabling your PIT Crew to get your races out as fast as humanly possible. The system also allows you to change kart assignments while a race is running, this give you flexibility to change out a broken kart in just a couple seconds.

• Manage Active Karts in the Pits - Club Speed allows you to manage your fleet from the pits. You can change transponder numbers, enable and disable karts as well as report problems with karts right from the touchscreen terminal! These trouble tickets will be generated in real time and sent to the mechanics garage terminal, no more "Why is this kart back here?" from your mechanics.
